EIL selects Esteem for revamp of two Fired Heaters at ONGC, Hazira

We are delighted to announce that Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) has selected Esteem for revamp of two Fired Heaters at ONGC's Hazira, Gujarat (India) Plant.

ONGC is operating a Gas Processing Complex at Hazira, Gujarat to process sour gas and associated condensate from South Bassein Field. The plant is also being utilized to process gas received from JV field’s viz. Tapti, Mukta and Panna. ONGC, further intends to process about 10 MMSCMD of gas to be produced from its Tapti Daman field of Mumbai offshore Basin at Hazira gas processing complex. Being executed as a part of Daman Development Project, it would process additional gas & condensate from C-24 & B-12 fields after modifications in some of the existing facilities. Oil and Natural Gas Corporations (ONGC), has awarded the work of Modification at Hazira Plant under Daman Development Project to Engineers India Limited (EIL) and EIL is the OBE CONTRACTOR for this Project.

EIL has awarded the order on Esteem for revamp of the Naptha column reboiler Heater and the Kerosene Column Feed Pre-Heater. Modifications broadly involves replacement of existing coils in radiant and convection section with new coils, replacement/addition of new instruments, mains operated portable ignition system, revamp/ replacement of platform/ladders etc.
